The Behavioral Resource Group helps individuals, company's and family's uncover-discover and recover their full potential through a dynamic profiling process. Steven Sisler was diagnosed with ADHD in the second grade and spent the next several years on Ritalin while fending off the attacks of school and town bullies. Steven spent the next nine years fighting his way through school nearly every day. After multiple threats from students he was attacked and found unconscious in the school yard in the seventh grade. Tormented by teachers, students and bullies, Steven had to take his exams in the library stock-room in order to pass them. After being moved into a classroom with "Special Needs" children in junior high school, Steve began to doubt his abilities and purpose. Years later when entering his junior year in high school, Steven began bodybuilding for self defense and his poor self image. Through much tribulation, he developed a relationship with God through Christ and has devoted his life to teaching, speaking and helping others discover the true self made in God's image. Steve's story has touched the hearts of hundreds of youth and offers encouragement and purpose for those in similar circumstances. Steve has also been involved in personal mentorship programs, self understanding, spiritual disciplines, and programs in basic youth conflicts. Steve has been invited to speak to youth across America on subjects such as transcending the culture, self esteem and making positive choices. After achieving certification in behavioral analysis and personal interests, attitudes and values through T.T.I. and Pinnacle Group International in Philadelphia, PA, Steve developed the behavioral resource group for better self understanding and personal satisfaction and productivity. His aim is to motivate individuals to discover self and apply self in the arena of personal relationships, family dynamics and business productivity. Steven and his wife have been involved in home educating their children for 13 years and both teach locally at Pilgrim’s Progress Home-schooling Co-op in Duxbury, MA. Steven teaches “Logic and Reason” and “Interpersonal Relationships" to senior and junior high students, while his wife Anita teaches a class on nature and reptiles.
Steve helps companies develop inter-personal relationships between personnel and department heads as well as decision makers and owners. Steve helps increase maximum productivity by putting the right people in the right place and matching attitudes and values with their prospective counterparts. Steve also works well with individuals, helping them discover themselves for maximum productivity in regards to relationships and living.
BRG works with the family dynamic for better relationships and understanding among family members. Steven resides in Kingston with his wife of 22 years and three children.
