Senior Pastor
Don Andreson

Don serves as Senior Pastor. Together with his wife Nancy, their four children and one other family, he moved to Kingston to begon the Vineyard in the fall of 1995. Prior to that, Don was founder and president of a media and electronics firm, which he left to attend Gordon-Conwell Seminary. He is a graduate of Princeton University, completed one year of a Masters in Cinematography at the University of Southern California, and graduated from Gordon-Conwell Seminary with a Masters of Divinity.

Don also serves as Area Pastoral Care Leader in the Association of Vineyard CHurches, and is on the Executive team for IAM-a mission partnertship of Norteast churches focused on Spain.

Pastor of Inviting
Ed Smith

Ed joined the staff here at the Vineyard in 2007. He also continues to work full time as a Creative Director in the web, design and advertising field. He is a Graduate of Vineyard Leadership Institute. As Pastor of Inviting, Ed's focus is on reaching out to those outside the church, to share the good news of Jesus Christ and invite them to become disciples of Jesus Christ, while encouraging and empowering those within the church to do the same thing! Ed oversees Inviting Ministries here at the Church, including Alpha, Servant Evangelism, The Marriage Course, Personal Evangelism and special Outreach Events. He is also responsible for Media outreach and communications including the web site, newspaper advertising and other communication.

Ed and his wife, Paula, have three children and live in Plymouth. His hobbies include tending the sheep and chickens on their small farm, spending time with the kids, playing guitar, drawing and going to the beach.

Pastor of Connecting and Worship
Seth Andreson

Seth’s role as Associate Pastor of Connecting continues to be a vital part of the community here at the Vineyard. Trained by Nelsen Searcy, Senior Pastor of The Journey in New York City, and working at completing the Vineyard Leadership Institute with Steve Robbins, PhD, Seth continues to push the envelope in the area of Connecting. Seth has also completed the DISC test and a complete personality profiling study with his mentor Steven Sisler at The Behavioral Resource Group. He has used this training to develop The Connecting Team which utilizes the strengths of both outgoing people, and administrative people to find creative ways of valuing both newcomers, and members at the Vineyard. He carries passion for God’s people to plug into not only the vital ministries of Connecting, Hosptality, and Home Groups, but also move people through the journey of discipleship.


Seth oversees the worship ministry here at the Vineyard as well. Together with 3 other worship leaders and 17 musicians, Seth and the team work to bring fresh songs every Sunday that God is birthing into the larger Vineyard movement, and the global church. The worship team also plays hymns in fresh and relovant ways to help the congregation connect with God.

From 1999-2006 Seth served Vineyard Music/Vineyard AVC as a member of the Regional Task Force Committee. He is a featured artist on Vineyard Music’s “Jesus I Believe You”, and also runs a non-profit organization called Tidalwave Records which operates recoverymusic.com and tongueslikefire.com This organization seeks to distribute music in prisons, music for people in recovery, and music for both Christains and non-Christians. This music points the audience to a relationship with Jesus. Seth and his wife Leavitt reside in Kingston, MA with their 7 children. It is quite a family football game, as you might imagine! (Leavitt is a GREAT quarterback).

 

Pastor of Equipping and Women's Ministries
Nancy Andreson

Nancy has been on the pastoral staff at The Vineyard for 15 years. She and her husband Don began the church. Her primary responsibilities presnently overseeing Equipping Ministries, training Events and Missions. She is directly involved in counseling, Leadership Development and Women's Ministry. She also works on the Advisory Team of International Association of Missions where she coordinates prayer and prayer/ministry trips to Spain.

She has four grown children and nine grandchildren. her hobbies include her family, travel, eating and cooking ethnic foods, the beach and flower gardening.

Children's Pastor
Cheryl Cecchini

Cheryl has been working in Children's Ministry here at the Vineyard since 1989. From the time she was in high school she had a heart fir children. When she began working in our Sunday school we had about 15 children of all ages. Over the years she has developed programs for kids that have resulted in a continuing helathy and vital Children's Ministry. She now has programs which service 100 plus children within our church as well as several outreach programs that impact our community. She oversees a great team of approximately 40 volunteers. She also coordinates an interactive community of Children's ministry leaders among Vineyard Churches in the Northeast.

Cheryl's other interests include golf, gardening, getting together with friends, outdoor activities with husband Joe-and anything "New Hampshire". Cheyl and her husband, Joe, have two children and live in Norwell.
